Sandy Nguyen is the founder and pastry chef of Baby Got Macs - specializing in the macaron, a sweet meringue based confection made to perfection. She tasted her first macaron in 2010 when a dear friend returned from a Parisian getaway with a delicious treat. It was love at first bite. After several attempts in creating these decadent pastries, Sandy nailed the perfect recipe. As a full time Product Manager at a multinational online commerce company, Sandy partners with her mother Chi Nguyen (who makes it all possible) to drive Baby Got Macs. This mother daughter duo is on a mission to deliver the best macs to all you macaron lovers in the Bay Area.
Baby Got Macs is currently operating in a residential kitchen under California's Cottage Food Operation (San Jose, CA). All macarons are baked with love, and made from the best ingredients fresh throughout the week.
